Jorge is the Head of Client Experience at 732 Financial, where he focuses on making financial education more approachable and easier to understand, delivering on the company’s mission to simplify your financial future.
Born in Lima, Peru and raised in Toms River, NJ, Jorge brings over a decade of experience across fintech, banking, and education. His mission is rooted in a simple belief: people in their 20s, 30s, and 40s deserve access to clear and honest guidance, especially those who never learned the basics of money management earlier in life but are now navigating major life and financial decisions.
Before joining 732, Jorge spent several years at Vestwell, a retirement technology company, where he was engrained in both the Customer Success and Marketing teams. During his time there, he helped build the company’s Help Center and produced educational video content, including a Retirement 101 series designed to make complex topics easy to understand.
Earlier in his career, Jorge held relationship-focused roles at Citi, Santander, and JPMorgan Chase. He also spent seven years teaching English as a Second Language at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. That experience continues to shape his communication style and passion for helping others learn and grow.
When he’s not working, you’ll find Jorge writing music, playing guitar, or in the backyard kicking a soccer ball around with his 3-year-old son Luca.
